Mi7 Armed Response Teams Apprehend Alleged Burglar in Boughton

Mi7 Control Room operators yesterday received an alarm activation from a client’s property in Boughton, and immediately dispatched Reaction Officers nearby. When they arrived, they spotted several suspects on the property and gave chase. Unfortunately, the suspects managed to escape. 

But later in the evening, information was received about individuals seen in bushes near the client’s property who matched the description of those on the premises earlier in the day. 

Mi7 Reaction Officers were dispatched and, upon arrival, observed the same suspects attempting to gain access to another client’s property. The suspects fled towards the surrounding bushes and a chase ensued. 

While conducting an active search of the area, Reaction Officers located and apprehended one suspect, who was confirmed to have been involved in the earlier incident. 

The police were contacted and arrived at the scene shortly after. However, because the client opted not to open a case, the suspect was released with a warning.
