Multiple-vehicle collision on the N2 before Zinkwazi offramp
On Tuesday Morning, Taurus Control Room recieved Reports of a multiple vehicle accident on the N2 before Zinkwazi offramp
Taurus EMS Medics responded,on arrival paramedics from various private services began treating the injured on scene
The driver & passenger of 1 vehicle was treated by paramedics on scene and transported to hospital
Unfortunately 1 passenger from the same vehicle sadly died on scene prior to arrival of Emergency services
The Driver of the 2nd Vehicle was serverly entrapped, Rescue Teams worked for more than an hour to remove the injured driver to an awaiting ambulance
A Secondary collision occurred , but no injuries were reported
Our Condolences goes out to the family of the loved one that passed on
We urge motorists to be safe when traveling in the inclement weather as fatalities continue to increase on the N2
Rti & South African Police Services were attending to the scene
