Road Accident Fund to officially launch its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Contact Centre Solution.
The Minister of Transport Ms. Sindisiwe Chikunga will on Monday, 09 October 2023 join the Road Accident Fund (RAF) as it officially opens its doors to its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Contact Centre Solution.
This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions Centre is integral to the entity's mission of enhancing service delivery.
The new centre’s primary goal is to streamline RAF services, providing claimants with easy access to information about their claims.
