What is the speed limit on an on-ramp?

The exact scenario is:
Driving down the M19, to join the N2 onramp going North.
The M19 speed limit is 100 km an hour.
The N2 speed limit is 120.
Please advise the speed limit for the onramp.
Also note, the above roads are in Durban Kwa Zulu Natal.

It will depend on where the Freeway sign is displayed.
The speed limit is 120 km/h on freeways. The blue freeway sign shows where the freeway starts. Before the sign, the speed limit will be 60 km/h if it is in an urban area and 100 km/h if the road is outside an urban area
