One killed, another injured in a shooting incident in Parow

A man was killed while another sustained serious injuries following a shooting incident in Victoria street in Parow this morning.
 
When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after 11h00, they found an Audi standing in the road. Upon further assessment, a man was found inside of the vehicle showing no signs of life. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Unfortunately, there was nothing paramedics could do for him and he was declared dead at the scene.
 
A man was also found lying in the driveway of a house. He was found to have sustained gunshot wounds to his arms leaving him in a serious condition. Paramedics immediately initiated advanced life support interventions before transporting the man to hospital for further medical care.
 
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known, but local authorities were on the scene.
