Question
I was recently involved in a hit and run and filed a case against a driver for reckless and negligent driving, he has countered my case and filed an intimidation case against me, what i don't understand is where the intimidation case comes in? the unknown driver drove his front left hand side of his car into my back right side of the car.. after doing so he did not stop, so i pursued him to get car registration details....this guy was obviously feeling intimidated because i was following him to get proper car registration details.. once i could get them down properly i called the police and the driver on top of it caused more damage to my car... now we are obviously going through a court case, i know i am right and have done nothing wrong, its a case of my word against his as there were no witnesses but how do i get through this?
Please help me?
