The Expert will be specific knowledgeable people at the Department of Transport, Arrive Alive Communications, the Road Traffic Management Corporation or others who might have the expertise to answer the question.
The person must submit the request the relevant responsible provincial or local traffic authority to further investigate and substantiate/motivate the application and also consider whether a mini-circle will not be more appropriate - depending traffic and geometric road conditions.
