Lost Swazi driver license

Question

I am currently a police officer in Swaziland under cid. I have a client whose Swazi driving licence was stolen on the weekend. He needs to go to RSA since he is employed there. What can i do to enable him to drive to the latter while the new application for the licence is being processed?

Answer

Unfortunately only a foreign licence or an international driving permit issued in the country origin will suffice.
