The Expert will be specific knowledgeable people at the Department of Transport, Arrive Alive Communications, the Road Traffic Management Corporation or others who might have the expertise to answer the question.
Kindly be advised as follows:
• The Traffic Camera Office has received a directive from Ross Stuart to withdraw all fine prior to 31/12/2003.
• If the issuing authority cannot furnish you with an image then this fine should be withdrawn.
