Camera Systems at Traffic Lights

Question

Could you please tell me which camera system is being used at the traffic lights and on the roads to catch the culprits. A client of mine in the Middle East have asked me to source a South African Product for them as they believe that we will be using the best of the best.

There are various systems being used (authorities have the choice of using any equipment that is approved by the SABS). A publication is available from the SABS which lists the type and specifications of the equipment being used. In many cases authorities are using Truvelo, Prolaser and LAdar systems.
