If I wish to lay a complaint against a driver for belligerent behaviour on the road, how do I go about it?
Answer
Best is to register as a Voluntary traffic observer with the National Traffic Call Centre. Information on this is available on the Arrive Alive website under the section Call Centre. These reports can be made via telephone or on-line from the Arrive Alive website
