Vehicles Towed & Charged for Obstruction:
• 1 × Motor Vehicle towed from Dr Pixley ka Seme Street (West Street)
• 1 × Motor Vehicle towed from Somtseu Road
Both vehicles were found obstructing the flow of traffic, causing unnecessary congestion and inconvenience to other road users.
