Reportedly Drunk Driver Arrested Following Collision: Mountview – KZN

An intoxicated driver was arrested following a collision on Jabu Ngcobo Road in the Mountview – KZN today (Saturday).

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) responded to the scene and found a silver Mercedes-Benz C240 and a dark grey BMW X3 involved in a rear-end collision while travelling in the same direction. No injuries were reported.

It is alleged that the driver of the Mercedes-Benz, a Zimbabwean national, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.

Metro Police Officers attended the scene and placed the intoxicated driver under arrest.
