Several hijacked vehicles recovered during operations conducted across the Ekurhuleni area.

The Gauteng Traffic Police and Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (Eastern Corridor), in collaboration with Cartrack and Tracker, have recovered several hijacked vehicles during operations conducted across the Ekurhuleni area.

• An Isuzu that was hijacked at Eden Park was found burned out on Khotso Street in Zonkizizwe.

• A Toyota Tazz that had been hijacked in Duduza was recovered after crashing into a wall in Langaville Extension 8.

• A Toyota Quantum, hijacked in Middleburg, Mpumalanga, was recovered along R550 Road near Duduza.

• A Ford Ranger Raptor, stolen at the Mall of the South, was traced and recovered on Haartbees Avenue in Laondale.

• A White Hino 500 truck, hijacked in Kempton Park, was recovered intact in Midrand.
