Mandeni - multi vehicle collision leaves one dead
IPSS Medical Rescue and IPSS SAR responded to reports of a serious collision near bridge 10 on the N2 southbound near Mandeni.
On arrival, it was found that three vehicles were involved in collision, sadly leaving one person deceased. Seven patients were treated on scene, with injuries ranging from moderate to serious, and were transported to nearby facilities for further care.
At 20:00 The southbound lane was reduced to one lane to allow for recovery.
We urge motorists to slow down in the wet weather and drive cautiously.
