Two separate incidents in Carletonville
[CARLETONVILLE] A boy and his father injured in collision
A 6-year-old boy and his father were injured in a collision between two bakkies and their light motor vehicle on Blyvoor Road in Carletonville this afternoon.
ER24 paramedics arrived at 15:10 to find the vehicle stationary in the street. The father, a man in his 40s, had suffered moderate injuries and his son, serious injuries - they were both treated on the scene before being transported to Carletonville Hospital for further care.
The South African Police Services were on the scene for further investigations.
[CARLETONVILLE] Two kids injured as car collides with tree
Two kids between the ages of 4 and 6 were injured when a mother lost control of her vehicle, colliding with a tree on the Deelkraal Road in Carletonville this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene at 11:36 to find the mother and three young girls in the light motor vehicle on the side of the road. Luckily the two girls injured had only suffered minor injuries, were treated and taken to a private hospital in the area. The third child and mother were uninjured.
