Deputy Transport Minster to officiate at the Boekenhoutkloof Traffic College Pass-Out Parade

The Deputy Minister of Transport, Ms Sindisiwe Chikunga and Gauteng Premier, Mr David Makhura will lead the pass out parade for trainee traffic officers who successfully completed their training programme at the Boekenhoutkloof Traffic College in Pretoria West on Friday, 25 January 2019. 

The Premier and Deputy Minister will be joined by MEC for Community Safety in Gauteng, Ms Sizakele Nkosi-Malobane and the families of the graduates. 

The officers that will graduate were trained by the road safety and law enforcement agency of the Department of Transport, the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC). They are expected to enhance law enforcement operations and road safety in the country. 
The aim of the Department is to increase the number of Traffic Law Enforcement Officers in all the provinces to beef up road safety in the country.
